The quality, integrity and attention to detail that go into every Timber Wolf Design/Build project are direct reflections of the people Timber Wolf entrusts to bring them from start to stunning.

We hire only the best people and we empower them with the best tools and training to advance, achieve and excel. We place a strong emphasis on job site safety and we only work with the best, most-trusted partners and subcontractors across the field.

We’re looking for committed individuals who appreciate a challenge and can thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Lead Carpenter

The successful candidate will have a passion for ‘owning’ their work. This means you’ll manage the customer, the subs, the support carpenters, order materials, find creative ways to keep on schedule and on budget and complete all the work to a high level of quality.

You will take pride in not only the end product, but also the process and the effect you have on others as each project proceeds. You must be capable, and interested in, the project management and administrative work required to bring major remodels in on time and on budget.

Project Manger

Experienced, professional and highly motivated individuals that thrive in a challenging and demanding environment. Highly experienced in all phases of residential construction and complex renovations from foundations to trim-out. Your experience, management capabilities, and ability to orchestrate labor, materials and trade partners are crucial to the success of each project.

Project Development Manager (Sales)

Timber Wolf Design/Build, one of Toronto’s top remodeling contractors, is seeking a Project Development Manager. The Project Development Manager will sell remodeling and new-build projects that meet the customer’s needs, represent value to the customer, and generate the specified profit for the company.  In addition to selling the projects, this person will manage the design and development of projects within the company’s design/build system and make sure that the construction phase of the project goes as planned.

Give strong guidance to the designer/architect, so that the project budget and client’s needs are met.  The Project Development Manager acts as the client’s main contact throughout the pre-production process. Responsible for generating revenue by effectively managing all leads, selling the advantages of the design/build process, meeting with clients to discuss remodeling options, developing the clients emotional connection to the project, and providing exceptional customer service. It is important that all PDM’s generate their own leads through community outreach and social events.

Office Manager

Organized, talented, professional and highly motivated individuals that thrive in a challenging, fast paced, demanding and high growth environment. Your experience, people skills and ability to manage the back office and day to day administration of the office are crucial to the success of each of our projects, the company’s bottom line and our ability to grow consistently and effectively.
